Three easy steps for a safe refund in our stores:

Shop: Simply ask for your Refund Cheque at the counter.

Stamp: Show your purchases, receipts and passport at the border then have your Global Refund Cheque stamped.

Collect your refund in a cash at nearby Cash Reefund Office, or mail back the cheque to Global Refund for direct crediting of your credit card or a bank cheque sent to your adress.

The VAT/GST rate in our country is 19%.

Your refund amount is the VAT/GST less an admininstration fee.

Min. spending amount € 25,00 (VAT/GST included)

Max. time from cheque being issued to validation by customs 3 months (plus month of purchase).
